On March 10, 2010 in Washington D.C., the Council on Foreign Relations held a conference called, 'Developing an International Framework for Geoengineering.'  You can read the transcript, and watch the Full Length Video at the CFR's web site.  I encourage you to watch the video.  I would have embedded it here, but that would not have been in compliance with their Terms of Use.

During the conference, Head of the Department of Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University, M. Granger Morgan admitted,

So, just a quick elaboration: First of all, of course, there is a lot of money getting spent to make sure that a very substantial portion of the public stays totally confused about this. And, I mean, it's been really quite pernicious. But there's been literally tens of millions of dollars spent on every little thing that comes along that might, you know, relate to some uncertainty.

Before we embark on what Geoengineering is, you might first ask just who or what is the Council on Foreign Relations?  Fair question.  On the surface, they appear to be benign enough.  Their Mission Statement states that they are,

an independent, nonpartisan membership organization, think tank, and publisher dedicated to being a resource for its members, government officials, business executives, journalists, educators and students, civic and religious leaders, and other interested citizens in order to help them better understand the world and the foreign policy choices facing the United States and other countries.

However, behind the scenes, according to former CFR president from 1977-1985, Winston Lord, the CFR runs the world.

The Trilateral Commission doesn’t run the world, the Council on Foreign Relations does that!”

The story with the Council on Foreign Relations begins with the death of a wealthy “philanthropist“, Cecil Rhodes. Rhodes made his wealth exploiting the people of southern Africa by mining and exporting their resources – such as diamonds. (Cecil Rhodes was the founder of the De Beers diamond company – that currently holds a commanding 40% of the diamond industry today). Rhodes was an ardent supporter of British Imperialism through the British aristocracy. If ever there was a racist elitist plutocrat in this world it was Cecil Rhodes. Rhodes narcissistically named an African nation after himself: Rhodesia (which is now modern-day Zimbabwe). Rhodes helped to instigate the bloody Boer War – which introduced the world to “Concentration Camps“. And it was Cecil Rhodes who is largely considered the “Father” of South Africa’s notorious Apartheid policy.

Upon his death, Cecil Rhodes’ personal will left instructions for the distribution of his wealth. Alfred Milner and Lord Rothschild (of the infamous Int’l Banking family) took control of these funds and placed them according to Rhodes’ will. (Milner and Rothschild also became the chief executors of Rhodes’ plans). One of the more famous outgrowths of Rhodes’ wealth was the creation of the renowned Rhodes Scholarship. (Which became a grooming tool for his underlying plan). Another lesser known creation (but far more extensive and powerful in its influence) was the creation of the  

Round Table Groups. These Round Table Groups were a collection of conspiring aristocratic secret combinations – which sought to create a world federation around the English language. In better detail, the idea was to create a world gov’t far more controlling and expansive than the British Empire (the present-day Commonwealth).

The Round Table Groups learned quickly that they needed a set of public faces. (Though they also learned that the best way to achieve their goals was through secret manipulation, back-door appointments, coercion, bribes and threats). So to perpetuate their influence they simultaneously created the Royal Institute of International Affairs – at Chatham House – in London; and the Council on Foreign Relations - in New York. The RIIA was the face of secret operations connected with the Round Table Group’s direct incremental influence over the British parliament. While the Council on Foreign Relations – which was put under the control of the infamous Int’l Banker J. P. Morgan – coerced growing control over the US Federal Gov’t.

Throughout the past several generations, leading members of the CFR have published papers, books, and made public statements of the organizations real goals; that of a one-world totalitarian government and a one-world monetary system to be governed and controlled by them.

Let's listen to the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, pander to the CFR during the grand opening of their D.C. office in 2009, and admit that they tell her (and her boss) what to do, and what to think:

“We get a lot of advice from the Council, so this will mean I won’t have as far to go to be told what we should be doing and how we should think about the future“

Let's read a quote from David Rockefeller, the Lifetime Emeritus Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations as he spoke at a Bilderberg Group meeting in Baden-Baden, Germany in June 1991, where the executives of virtually every main-stream media outlet in America were invited;

We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now much more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.

Here are a few more quotes by 'those in the know,' about this 'think tank:'

The Council on Foreign Relations is ‘the establishment.’ Not only does it have influence and power in key decision-making positions at the highest levels of government to apply pressure from above, but it also announces and uses individuals and groups to bring pressure from below, to justify the high level decisions for converting the U.S. from a sovereign Constitutional Republic into a servile member state of a one-world dictatorship.

-Curtis Dall; FDR’s son-in-law as quoted in his book, ‘My Exploited Father-in-Law’

For a long time I felt that FDR had developed many thoughts and ideas that were his own to benefit this country, the United States. But, he didn't. Most of his thoughts, his political ammunition, as it were, were carefully manufactured for him in advanced by the Council on Foreign Relations-One World Money group. Brilliantly, with great gusto, like a fine piece of artillery, he exploded that prepared "ammunition" in the middle of an unsuspecting target, the American people, and thus paid off and returned his internationalist political support.

The UN is but a long-range, international banking apparatus clearly set up for financial and economic profit by a small group of powerful One-World revolutionaries, hungry for profit and power.

The depression was the calculated 'shearing' of the public by the World Money powers, triggered by the planned sudden shortage of supply of call money in the New York money market....The One World Government leaders and their ever close bankers have now acquired full control of the money and credit machinery of the U.S. via the creation of the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank.

A second clique of international members in the CFR comprises the Wall Street international bankers and their key agents. The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson.

Needless to say at this point, that the CFR and its ranking members are hell bent on a long term strategy to eliminate our national sovereignty and bring us under complete control of a world wide totalitarian, socialist governing body.  Those elites often refer to this agenda as a/the 'New World Order,' and this organization is very much what and whom is referred to when the term, 'shadow government,' is used.

Now that we have had a brief introduction to who the CFR is....

What in the world is Geoengineering? 

Geoengineering is the artificial modification of Earth's climate systems through two primary ideologies, Solar Radiation Management (SRM) and Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR): 

Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) and sequestration. This is artificial trees, ocean fertilization etc. These projects are declassified for the most part.

Solar Radiation Management (SRM), is an attempt to control the effects of sunlight before it reaches the planet.

Stratospheric Aerosol Geo-Engineering (SAG-SRM) is the artificial modification of Earth's climate systems using reflective nano-materials (aerosols) to reflect sunlight. The aerosols are dispersed via jet aircraft trails that expand into reflective artificial clouds. The reflective material of choice is aluminum.  However, air and soil samples have found various other types of heavy metals from aerosol spraying fallout, such as barium, copper, manganese, nickel, and zinc.

The popular term used by the public for SAG-SRM operations is 'Chemtrails, or Chemtrailing, which is, in essence, the global deployment of the latter method of geoengineering. However, now that this campaign has been in full swing for roughly two decades, we find that these aerosols have been having devastating health effects.

A recent study performed by an independent lab of air samples gathered in Pheonix, AZ after several days of a heavy SAG-SRM operation (chemtrails), revealed barium at 278x the toxic limit, copper at 98x the toxic limit, manganese is a staggering 5,820x the toxic limit, zinc at 593x the toxic limit, admium at 126x the toxic limit, chromium at 282x the toxic limit, and aluminum at a staggering 6,400x the toxic limit.

Though many of those metals are naturally found in minute amounts in the human body, any excess amounts are detrimental to ones health.  The health problems associated absorbing/ingesting toxic levels of heavy metals in to the human body are too numerous to list here. 

Barium, Copper, Manganese, Zinc

Aluminum, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium

Cadmium, Chromium, Nickel

Meanwhile, in Mohave County, AZ. citizens, angered by outright toxic chemtrail operations, have had their blood tested for barium and aluminum with startling results. Gianluca Zanna, of MohaveCountyConstitution.com who himself tested positive for high levels of barium, put together the tests which were taken by 17 different people.

A total of 13 people have tested at high levels with most testing at least 1,000 percent over the normal level.

“None of them works in an at-risk industrial environment, and most spend their time indoors,” said Zanna, who, along with his wife and another area resident, tested positive for toxic levels of barium earlier this year.

Three of the people tested also tested positive for toxic levels of aluminum. As Monsanto prepares its aluminum resistant seeds,( patent # 7582809) the people of the world, who aren’t genetically engineered to handle aluminum, continue to get sick.
Zanna has sent the tests to local Arizona officials and is awaiting their response.
These tests directly coincide with the hundreds of rain water tests that have already been documented and put together by GeoEngineeringWatch.org which also show high levels of barium.
The people of the America and the world must demand our governments stop this toxic spraying operation before it has an irreversible long term effect.  [Read more at The IntelHub.com]

Rather than posting article after article describing air, soil, and blood samples, and posting countless pictures showing the difference between contrails and chemtrails, and defend that there is indeed a huge difference that can be seen literally any given day of the week in every state of this country, and indeed, around the world, why don't we just watch a documentary on the topic.

There are two very good documentaries that do a great job covering this topic in great detail.  The first of the two I'll link here was released in 2005, and is called Aerosol Crimes (full length video).  I highly recommend it as a great 'introduction.'

However, 'What in the World are They Spraying?' is a more recent documentary with more recent government preceding, and conferences that directly discuss the operation and its effects on human health.  Please take the time to watch these important documentaries, and while you do, keep in mind the beginning of this post where a leading CFR member stated how they have spent tens of millions to confuse the public about Geoengineering.

As an added bonus, I'll post some pictures I recently took while out walking my dogs on the morning of May 4th, 2011.

Notice how low in the sky the grid-pattern is.  These began as thin chem-trails far higher in the atmosphere.  They grew in width as they lost altitude and eventually became, as you will see further down, an overcast haze.  Note that this is NOT a flight pattern for ABA.
If jets flew that low here, hundreds of car alarms would be going off day and night.

It just dawned on me that there is now an entire generation, now in their twenties and younger, that may have no conscious memory of when the skies had only condensation trails, and were completely absent of these long lasting, lingering, toxic, aerosol trails.

The image to the right is actually an extension of the sky from the photo above, and is just to the right (my right) of where the previous photo ends.

Maybe a large group of us in Austin should get our blood tested for Barium and Aluminum!

The picture below was snapped facing the opposite direction of the previous two.  These lines do not connect, but do intersect at quite a bit lower altitude.  They have begun to spread enough to create the 'haze,' in between the two 'roping' trails.  Notice the sun's light at the base of the left trail and how clear it makes the haze between them.  How a person could look at a scene like this in the sky and assume it's just condensation is beyond me.

This happens very frequently here in Austin.  I just happened to have my phone on me this particular morning as I walked my dogs and was able to snap a few pictures.  This is occurring all over the country and, in fact, all over the world.  This is not condensation unless the very physics of how water-vapor behaves in the atmosphere suddenly changed about 20 years ago.

I remember getting to work the day I snapped the pictures above.  The building I worked in is on the 3rd floor atop one of the highest hills in N. Austin and our office windows face from east to southwest.  The building is all glass, so from about knee-high to the ceiling are windows all around.  On a clear day, we can see 12-15 miles over the smaller hills and in to downtown.  Note, that this picture is not from the same morning.
On May 4th, I couldn't help but just stare out through the office windows.  To the Southwest, facing the direction that the above photos were taken, the sky had become this silvery-white haze with a blue tint.  To the Southeast, toward downtown, there was an entirely new set of grid-lines being sprayed.  I hadn't seen that heavy of a 'spray-day,' in several months.  My attention to the sky caught one of my co-workers attention and he asked what I was looking at, to which I replied, "they're spraying the hell out of us today."
It baffled me how even some of my, otherwise highly intelligent, co-workers laughed it off as purely condensation.  After pointing out the haze toward the southwest and describing how just an hour earlier those were the same type of trails we now saw out of the other windows, one co-worker even uttered the words, 'how do you think clouds are made?'
Granted, he immediately regretted saying that, but it still stunned me how people could have such a crystal clear view of these chem-trails and watch how absolutely unnatural they behaved as they spread in to that silvery blue'ish-white haze and continued to descend until it became a 'hazy day,' at eye level, yet still convince themselves that it's all just purely a natural reaction from jet exhaust.

I tried to explain that under no circumstances will pure condensation (the exact same stuff that your breath turns to on a cold day) from a jet engine just hang in the atmosphere for hours and hours, spreading wider and wider while joining with other trails of condensation, then continue to widen and descend thousands of feet and create an enormous blanket of haze above an entire area (visible from weather satellites), until it finally settling to earth.

But, a few of my coworkers would have no part in that kind of reason and logic.  It's not that the science isn't sound - it's because if they were to accept it, then they would also have to accept that what they've been seeing in the skies over the past 20 years is NOT just condensation caused by hot jet engine exhaust hitting cooler air.  That, of course, would lead them to a lot of difficult questions that they are obviously not prepared to ask.  Or, is the possible answers that scare them in to their state of willing denial and ignorance?




I'm not paranoid -- just a student of history...
